Tom Molyneux
Tom started his career in Estate Agency in 2014 at a local, corporate estate agency where he quickly progressed to Branch Manager of a successful office, before setting up the family business alongside Sam and Steve. Tom takes a proactive approach to selling property to ensure we achieve the best price for our sellers. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his young family, going to the gym and travelling to new places.
Sam Molyneux
Having grown up and still residing in Brandon, Sam began life as an Estate Agent at the age of eighteen. Quickly proving himself as a natural people person, Sam has a passion for helping customers to enjoy their buying or selling journey. Sam now relishes the chance to continue helping customers, whilst representing his own family name. Now Sam and his wife Shauni have a daughter, Gabrielle, and two sons, Harvey and Myles, as well as their cocker spaniel, Bonnie. Sam enjoys playing (and watching) football, taking part in the local ‘park runs’ and spending time with his family and friends.
Steve Molyneux
Steve is a local chap, growing up in Brandon and having spent his whole working life as an Estate Agent in the Brandon, Thetford and Mildenhall areas. Having successfully run businesses in this area for over 35 years, Steve has established an excellent personal reputation for both customer service and professionalism. His knowledge and experience of property locally is unrivalled, bringing great, honest advice. In his spare time, Steve enjoys exploring the Suffolk and Norfolk coast with his dog and eating out with his ever-growing family.
Matt Molyneux
Matt joined the team in 2025, eager to tackle a new challenge and step into a client-facing role, where he could connect with people and contribute to the family business. Friendly and approachable, Matt enjoys building good relationships and helping clients find the right solutions. Outside of work, Matt will be found spending time with his wife and toddler, as well as their Yorkiepoo Millie, or pounding the local pavements for a 5k PB, watching Formula 1 or suffering through a Spurs match.
Sharon Champion
Sharon joins the team with over 35 years experience in the industry and a wealth of local knowledge and expertise. Sharon is on hand to help match our prospective buyers to our fantastic range of homes, and help guide them through the process without hassle or delay!
Andrew Jameson
Andrew joined the team in 2026 and brings with him over 26 years of valuable Estate Agent experience in the local area. Andrew is available to help with every step of the selling and / or buying journey and delivers excellent customer service to our customers.
